Der Spry 4.0 ist eine minimalistische 3,5 Liter Laufweste, die dennoch für die meisten Situationen ausreichend Platz bietet. Die Updates der preisgekrönten Spry Serie bringen mehr Komfort, Funktion und Haltbarkeit. Vorne wurden die Taschen am Tragesystem so überarbeitet, dass Hydration und Ausrüstung noch sicherer und angenehmer sitzen. Hinten sorgt ein schweißresistentes Innenfutter unter dem Polyester Mesh dafür, dass der Inhalt im Hauptfach trocken bleibt und der Rücken trotzdem such auf längeren Touren ausreichend belüftet ist.
Neben dem Hauptfach gibt es eine schweißresistente Reißverschlusstasche für Dinge, die sicher und trocken verstaut sein sollen. Das Fach selbst besteht aus 4 Way Stretch Mesh, passt sich dem Inhalt an, sodass er sicher sitzt, und ist für eine 1 Liter Blase ausgelegt. Der Magnetverschluss schließt sicher und lässt sich leicht bedienen. Zusätzlich gibt es hinten eine Gummizugbefestigung für eine leichte Jacke oder Extraschicht. UltrAcool Light Mesh an Schulterpartie und Tragesystem macht die Weste robust und gleichzeitig sehr leicht. One size fits most.

I use many of the UltrAspire products including the SPRY 3 vest, which I LOVE, so I hesitated on purchasing the SPRY 4, thinking „how can you improve the perfect vest??“, well, you CAN!. The SPRY 4 vest updated the pocket structure. You now have 4 front pockets that are deeper and the angle of the pocket is more reliable. On the SPRY 3, when I placed something in the smaller „trash pocket“ I felt like it would fall out and the pocket was not as large as I wanted. Now on the SPRY 4, the pockets in the front can fit a 550 flask, gels, phone, gloves, etc. I mainly use my 1 liter bladder for fluids, but you can use front loaded bottles on this vest. The shock chord is still easily adjustable and the vest remains super breathable and no bounce. For the price, you cannot get a better quality vest on the market.

Really enjoying this vest. Was looking for a replacement for my Ultraspire Alpha 3.0 which I completely wore out after several years of trail running. This vest is comfortable and holds everything I like to carry where I want it without being too heavy. It has several ways to adjust for a specific fit. It holds my bottles securely and plenty of space for easy access to my phone and snacks and then the back pouch is good for carrying my first aid kit, gloves, sleeves, extra snacks etc. Definitely recommend for an everyday vest for a reasonable price and I love the color!
