I’m a minimalist so this is the perfect vest if I can’t get by on a hand held water bottle. For storage capacity during my most recent race, I was able to fit 4 packs of Tailwind in each side pocket, my key fob in the front zipper pocket, and a GPS locator (race required) in one of the additional front pockets. I used 500 ml Ultra Aspire flasks instead of the 300 ml flasks that come with the vest. I only ran once in the vest before the race but didn’t suffer any chafing and didn’t notice any increase with heat or sweat. The ultra low profile design, magnetic closures, and overall comfort are what impressed me the most.
